SANDWICHES
Neither a deli-sized overindulgence, nor a greasy cheeseburger−though those have their place−we strive to make sandwiches that satisfy without slowing you down. Choose from our house made black bean and walnut VEGGIE BURGER, colossal lump CRAB CAKE sandwich, or house PORKETTA on fresh Italian bread. All are served with greens, chips and house pickles.
THE DAILY DISH
This is where our chef really has a chance to shine. Our daily specials range at times from classic comfort food recipes like chicken pot pie, meatloaf or stuffed pork chops. On other days, our heritage is revealed, with offerings like lasagna, risotto or chicken parm. Expect surprises here each day inspired by the season, local favorites, the chef’s whim, or you! Let us know if you have a favorite dish!
SOUP
The ultimate comfort food. We offer fresh-made, hearty chicken soup every single day. Grab a container for a friend who needs a pick-me-up, or drop by to feed your body and soul. Also offered every day are our delicious chicken chili, our vegetarian (and vegan) chili, as well as at least one other daily soup.
SALAD
With ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, homemade dressings only, and the option to add your choice of several proteins−all prepared expressly for you and never microwaved. Salads at Carmalt are both creative and collaborative--be inspired!
DRINKS
We make it easy to sustain your health−and our environment−by providing ultra-filtered, carbon-neutral, still or sparkling water at no cost while you’re at Carmalt. Doing away with bottled water and the carbon emissions associated with its transportation, storage and refrigeration was for us a no-brainer. Our fresh lemonade and flavored seltzers make great mixers as well−just add your own spirit (two different Wine and Spirit stores are within a five-minute drive).

Curbside pick-ups are available Monday through Friday, afternoons and evenings. Place your order by phone at (570) 489-4385 and we’ll take care of the rest. Order from our online menu, and don’t forget to check social media for specials posted daily.
CATERING
Have a business meeting to plan? A shower? Family gathering? Let us help. Our staff can work with you to create a menu tailored for any occasion. Check out the reverse side of our regular menu for some ready-made suggestions.
DELIVERY
Sometimes, you just can’t do it. Time might be scarce, or getting everybody into the car is too much trouble. Parallel parking alone may be enough to have you biting your nails. No problem. Eight meals or more qualify for Carmalt-provided delivery (within a four-mile radius). No middlemen charging exorbitant fees and service charges. Allow us a little time, and we’ll bring lunch to your office, or put dinner on your family’s table.
